Do you spend most of your time hunting down files and data so you or your employees can do their job? Do you process an invoice just knowing it will never be seen again?
Consider these facts :
Paper filing systems grow 22% per year.
Over 40% of the data utilized on the job is not readily accessible.
Support personnel spend up to 60% of their time searching for paper.
Managers spend 2 to 4 hours a day looking for information!
When information is buried in paper files, productivity, performance
and profits are negatively affected, weakening an organization’s
ability to conduct business
Before taking on a document conversion project you need to know what the goal of the project is. It could be as simple as getting rid of a few boxes of old files that are taking up space in a storage closet, to a full on conversion to a paperless office. Regardless of the scope of the conversion, our experience has shown us that utilizing a project management approach is the best practice to meeting your business needs and goals. It all starts with gaining a clear understanding of your organizations processes, technology, culture and the most important factor, your people. It has been our experience that the key to a successful document conversion project is to utilize proven conversion methods and technology solutions. And document imaging is just one step in the process.
Our experts provide the knowledge, skills and support for your conversion. Utilizing our state of the art technologies and processes, we can provide your organization with the highest quality scanned files and coded data available in the industry today.
Return on investment (ROI) is a real consideration in document conversion. Some of the reasons to convert to digital document storage may be as close as the filing cabinet. How much does it cost for those file cabinets to just take up space? Is that office space you could convert into another desk? Does that new found space mean another employee ? And does another employee equal increased sales or customer service? Click here to download an ROI calculator
